Features : This Plastic capseal with Aluminum ring has a white plastic cap which is self gasketing. And it has an Aluminum ring which can be crimped using a Pneumatic or Manual crimping tool. Our export quality cap-seals secures the drum content from adulteration and theft during storage and transportation.

Compatibility : For use on steel drums having 3/4″ (19mm) round plugs on 200 litre to 220 litre / 55 gallon barrels. It is compatible to steel and plastic drums and other containers having 3/4″ ( 19 mm ) round head bungs and plugs.

Specifications : The white cap is made from virgin L.D.P.E. (Low density Polyethylene) plastic granules and ring is made of Aluminum sheet for optimum sealing result. The LDPE cap itself forms a gasket when this capseal is crimped on a drum flange, thereby giving a full contact and leak-proof sealing result. The Aluminum ring has to be destroyed before its removal, thereby ensuring full security of the drum content against adulteration and theft.

Usage : To be installed with manual or pneumatic drum cap-seal crimper on steel and plastic drums.
