Features : Our light weight and heavy duty IBC Tote manual wrench has complete steel body with U type handle and gives leak proof tightening to prevent spillage and leakage of your valuable content in storage and in transit during transportation.

Compatibility : To be used with DN 150 and DN 225 plastic caps on IBC Tote screw caps as shown in photograph. For use on industrial IBC Tote of Schutz, Greif, Mauser, Time and other all other brands.

Specifications : Heavy duty steel body, light weight, rugged design and rounded ergonomic handles to ease of use.

Usage : Operator has to place the wrench on the cap and align the grooves of the wrench with the ribs of the screw cap. Then gently push the wrench downwards and it will snug fit in the cap. Then rotate the wrench clock-wise or anti clock-wise to close or open the screw cap.

Safety Instructions : Operator should use this wrench on the plastic screw cap for which it is designed. Use of gloves is recommended.

Available for DIN 150, DIN 225 and can be custom designed for all sizes of IBC lid cap.
