Features : Our high precision and heavy duty drum bung torque wrench has rugged design with heavy duty steel body and hardened internal steel parts that gives leak proof tightening to prevent spillage and leakage of your valuable drum content in storage and in transit during transportation.

Compatibility : For use on 2″ (50 mm) round and hexagon metal plugs and buttress & fine thread plastic plugs. Comes with Spark Resistant head socket. For use on steel drums / barrels of 210 litre / 55 gallon drums and containers all other sizes. Also compatible to some plastic plugs of Mauser, Rieke, Plastiplug, Kodama, etc.

Specifications : Adjustable torque dial, reversible operation, high grade steel body, hardened steel internal parts, Aluminum knurled handle for grip, maintenance free, rugged and ergonomic design for ease of use.

Usage : Operator has to set the required torque and direction on bung tightener. Then start tightening the drum plug using ratchet mechanism. Once the set torque is reached, the handle will slip with a click sound. Hence, you get the same tightening torque every time irrespective of operator. Can also be used as bung opener by reversing the switch.

Safety Instructions : Operator should use the drum bung torque wrench (tightener) on the drum bung / drum plug for which it is designed. Use of gloves is recommended while using the bung torque wrench.
