Our drum capseals are made from rust resistant steel sheets, have double white coat, inner side polish lacquer with vinyl gasket and optimal scoring for smooth tear off. Also available in red, yellow, blue, green background with your company logo printed.

Features : Our export quality cap-seals are installed on drum openings using manual and pneumatic crimpers and secures the drum content from adulteration and theft. The vent hole helps in release of excess pressure buildup inside the drum. Our capseals are tamper-proof and breaks when removed from the drum. We can manufacture these cap-seals in any exterior color and also print them with your company logo.

Compatibility : For use on steel drums having 3/4″ (19 mm) vented round plugs on 210 litre / 55 gallon Drums.

Specifications : Made from tin-plate & tin-free prime steel sheets. 0.3 mm thick for optimum sealing, Top surface is double white coated, Inner surface is lacquered to avoid corrosion, Inner edge has vinyl gasket for good contact with flange, Ears and scored lines ensure that capseal has to be destroyed before removal.

Usage : To be installed with manual or pneumatic drum cap-seal crimper on steel and plastic drums.
